U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 150 points on Wednesday.

Shares of LuxExperience BV-ADR (NYSE:LUXE) rose sharply after the company reported fourth-quarter results.

LuxExperience reported quarterly losses of 21 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 14 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $771.703 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $727.390 million.

LuxExperience shares jumped 13.5% to $8.10 on Wednesday.

• Einride AB (NASDAQ:ENRD) gained 10.5% to $4.14. Canaccord Genuity analyst George Gianarikas, on Tuesday, initiated coverage on Einride with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $8.
• Forgent Power Solutions, Inc (NYSE:FPS) gained 9.7% to $34.40. Forgent Power Solutions, on Tuesday, reported strong fourth-quarter results and issued fiscal 2027 guidance above estimates.
• Cipher Digital Inc (NASDAQ:CIFR) gained 9.7% to $16.56.
• Beta Bionics Inc (NASDAQ:BBNX) gained 8.6% to $20.90 after the company reported the pricing of public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
• New Found Gold Corp (NYSE:NFGC) climbed 8.6% to $1.76.
• Alvotech SA (NASDAQ:ALVO) climbed 7.8% to $5.41. Barclays analyst Glen Santangelo upgraded the stock from Underweight to Overweight and raised the price target from $4 to $8.
• CURRENC Group Inc (NASDAQ:CURR) gained 7.7% to $3.58.
• AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI) rose 7.5% to $62.04.
• Worthington Enterprises, Inc (NYSE:WOR) surged 7.2% to $58.26. Worthington Enterprises will hold its quarterly earnings conference call on Wednesday, Sept. 23.
• Semtech Corp (NASDAQ:SMTC) gained 6.3% to $160.37.
• Twist Bioscience Corp (NASDAQ:TWST) rose 6% to $146.42. Twist Bioscience announced an agreement with Lilly TuneLab to advance antibody drug discovery.
• Bruker Corp (NASDAQ:BRKR) gained 6% to $59.08.
• Illumina Inc (NASDAQ:ILMN) rose 4.8% to $233.00.
• Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) shares gained 4.6% to $101.64. SK hynix is reportedly in talks with Intel about a potential deal that could bring SK hynix memory chip production to the U.S. for the first time.
